We are a small family run business trading since 1987 who pride ourselves on our high quality work of replacement double glazed PVCu windows, doors, conservatories, replacement Fascia, Soffits and glass related products.
We also specialise in repairing all PVCu, Aluminium and Timber windows, doors and conservatories. We work in both residential and commercial settings and the majority of our work is from recommendations and existing customers.

Commercial window repairs are our speciality
From our larger premises at “Windmill Parc”, Cadoxton, Barry we offer a range of services with all of the relevant health and safety accreditation's required for most commercial and domestic widow and door projects.
We have contracts with many local clients large and small. Larger contracts have included council buildings, educational institutions and also Cardiff Wales International Airport, where our door installations facilitate the movement of over Two million people each year.
We believe our installations, respect of customers property and after sales service are of the highest standard. Since 2006 we have been a Garrison main dealer and now supply and fit the MUL-T-LOCK as standard on all our new installations.
We supply and fit upvc windows in Cardiff, Barry, the Vale of Glamorgan and indeed throughout South Wales.
10 year warranty for loyal customers
All our PVCu doors and windows ordered now come with an additional five year warranty to the original purchaser, in addition to our standard five year warranty on all of the components.

Applies to all PVCu windows and doors supplied and fitted by Welsh Window Systems
This means the original purchaser warranty will now be extended to ten years. This is backed by a Lloyds backed guarantee, free of charge. This guarantee has been administered by the GGF.
These warranties are set in place each time we register an installation, at no extra cost to yourself. Your deposit is protected up to a maximum of — or 25% of the amount, which ever is the least.

A fantastic company
I called Welsh Window Systems as I was desperately in need of a window pane being removed prior to getting my new sofa delivered. (Which was stupidly big and I discovered wouldn't fit through my hallway!) I spoke to both Gaynor and Kelly on the phone who were so very friendly and helpful. Kelly even offered her personal telephone number to get her husband out of bed early in case DFS arrived early in the morning.

Swiftly and with Style.
I wanted to replace 7 double glazed units in three of my windows. Welsh Windows System was measuring my daughter's bathroom window, in her house around the corner, for an emergency repair. I ask Nathan if he could call in when he could fit me in for a quotation. He kindly called in to see me the same day as soon as he had finished at my daughter's house. On the 31st March, I received my quotation and was pleased with the price and the approx 4-5 weeks completion date.

Excellent products and service
Supplied 5 Upvc windows and one half glazed door, midnight black outside/white inside, after we were badly let down by another company. The windows and door are very well made. Nathan managed to supply a patterned glass we asked for even though he didn't stock it by going to a different glass supplier. A high quality product at a very fair price. Highly recommended.
